As the Vice President of the largest petroleum assessment and remediation company in Florida, Mr. Dean provides senior engineering support for remedial actions and consulting services for clients purchasing environmentally distressed properties nationwide. Mr. Dean is a Professional Engineer (PE) in multiple states with more than 36 years of experience in the assessment and remediation of hazardous waste and petroleum contaminated sites. Mr. Dean has been the seller/doer responsible for procurement and management of more than $750 million in total contracts. Mr. Dean holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Florida and has spoken at numerous environmental conferences on effective approaches in petroleum assessment and remediation approaches.

Southeast District Technical Manager, REGENESIS
Chad Northington is a professional engineer with over sixteen years of experience in the environmental field in the areas of site investigation, remediation system engineering and construction, project management and technical assistance. He currently serves as the Southeast District Technical Manager with REGENESIS. In this capacity, he provides technical and sales support for a suite of soil and groundwater remediation technologies, vapor intrusion mitigation technologies and the remediation services division. Mr. Northington works directly with environmental consulting, construction and engineering firms to develop successful remedial approaches for their clients by offering design, application and performance review services for in situ-applied groundwater and soil remedial strategies across a broad spectrum of technology classes. Mr. Northington also founded and directs a 501(c)(3) non-profit specializing in community development and outreach.

Todd Herrington is Global PetroFix Product Manager for REGENESIS. Mr. Herrington collaborates with sales, operations, and R&D departments at REGENESIS in order to provide environmental solutions. Mr. Herrington has over 20 years of environmental remediation experience and has been with REGENESIS since 2004. He earned his B.S. in Civil Engineering from Colorado State University and his M.S. in Environmental Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
