Geo-Seal® is a composite, chemical resistant, vapor intrusion barrier which provides the constructability of a spray-applied membrane with the added protection of two HDPE layers. This technology is designed to mitigate vapor intrusion at sites where it can be applied prior to the construction of a new building.
Retro-Coat® is a concrete coating technology designed specifically to mitigate vapor intrusion in existing, already-built structures. This material is resistant to aggressive chlorinated compounds such as PCE, TCE and petroleum hydrocarbons. It also finishes to a high gloss, easy-to-clean surface that is impervious to vapor and moisture transmission.
